Social housing in short supply
As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility agenda we are very keen to support and assist local councils in placing their Tenants within the Private Rented Sector (PRS). The increasing demands for Social Housing accomodation and the shortage of Council Housing stock has put increased pressure on local councils to seek accomodation from the PRS. We are actuely aware of this and have specifically extended our FREE advertising service to accomodate and assist this need. 

How Heathrowlettings.com can contribute
We have designed our website to specifically allow Tenants on Housing Benefit to Register with us. Additionally, we have also allowed Private Sector Landlords to indicate whether they will accept Housing Benefit tenants when placing an Advert. In this way we hope in the near future to be able to match the two together at a local level!

Advertising Your PRS Scheme
We are currently inviting local councils to advertise their PRS schemes to Landlords and Letting Agents on our website.
